《Uni Life 2 —— 心情調適》
有好些日子沒與文字有交集了。
才發現,書寫創作或單純記事對我有多大的幫助。
最近常常憶起大一時的我,是多麽的有趣、樂觀、安於我展現的樣子。現在環境改變了,怎麼有時雲蔽日時,自己成了高一鬱鬱寡歡的我?這樣的感受更是證明了我『人不是獨立個體,一切舉動都受人牽引』的理念。
我喜歡大一的我。現在我將讓大一的我變得更有魅力。

上面說到近時的憂鬱又一時的嗨,我找到了一些讓我心情平穩的方法,記下來提醒自己:
1. Take care of my body (ex. Exercise, Eat healthy, No bread, No sugar, No chocolate)
2. Socialize (ex. Stay connected and at least talk to someone every second day, Go out with someone, Physically talk to random strangers and startle them)
3. Discipline = Do what I have to do
4. Get out of my comfort zone = Get into my Optimized mood (ex. Approach strangers for random requests, If you thought about it then do it)
5. Go outside (ex. walk, talk, absorb)
6. Don't be snappy, appreciate, just listen and be neutral
7. Dance
8. Feel Smart, Sexy, Morally good, and pretty

Quick fix for moods:
1. Finish what I have to, pull through
2. Dance
3. Have a banana
4. Drink Coffee
5. Go out & Talk to strangers
6. Exercise (ex. sprint, HIIT weights)
